Undetected Injuries Causing Ongoing Problems For 23yr Old Harry

It’s not unusual for patients to present with Back Pain that is a result of injuries from earlier in our lives. Harry’s condition is a prime example of this, which is why it’s always so important that your practitioner can recognise signs of earlier trauma and ask the right questions.

Harry’s posture and pain points were clear indicators of earlier Whiplash Trauma. It turns out that Harry had a series of high impact BMX bike injuries at around the age of 11. He was also hit by a car and knocked of his moped as a teenager. All these injuries went untreated by a specialist and consequently Harry’s body did what it could to cope.

6 years ago when Harry was complaining about pain in is ankles, he was fitted with inserts for his footwear as a way of treating his misalignment. In the video, you’ll see how we begin to make the necessary adjustments to Harry’s spine and set him on the road to recovery.
